Terms and Conditions
At purifi-audio.com you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, JBC, Diners, Discover and AMEX. The money will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped with the exception of made-to-order items where money is deducted as soon as manufacturing commences. You can also pay via PayPal or bank wire in which cases the money will be transferred immediately following your transaction approval.
All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK). Product prices are disclosed both incl. and excl. VAT. Sales within Denmark are always settled incl. Danish VAT. For sales outside of Denmark VAT is settled based on the applicable Danish and EU legislation. The foreign purchaser is liable for all taxes/fees/etc. which the importing country may impose (Incoterm/DAP). Reservations are made for printing errors, proofreading errors, price changes, sold-out items, etc. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Our Webshop uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
We dispatch the goods within 7 days from the date of order unless otherwise stated when ordering or as informed afterwards, for example via e-mail. Products denoted as made-to-order may take significantly longer to dispatch as manufacturing starts only after order/payment has been completed. Please refer to the approximated delivery/lead time as noted on the product page.
One of purifi-audio.com selected courier service is used. Depending on several factors, such as destination country, home address or business address a change in the freight price may occur. Should this be the case, you will be informed before the item is shipped and payment is deducted from your account. If you do not accept the stated change in the shipping cost, the order will be cancelled without any further costs for you.
Depending your country/region, you are presented with two delivery options: one is intended for private customers (private addresses) and the other option is only intended for corporate customers (company addresses). If you choose the delivery option that is intended only for company addresses, the courier company is likely to charge an extra fee for delivery to a private address in case they do not consider the stated address a legal company address. As a customer you are liable for paying this extra fee regardless of amount.
A 2-year warranty is granted under Danish sales law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper operation or improper connection of the product. If the item is an electronic component, module or unit please refer to the product’s data sheet which contains specifications for the product’s use.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover reasonable return costs and you can get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for the return shipment so that we can repay your shipping costs.
You must give notice within “reasonable time” after you have detected the error. If you advertise within two months after the error has been detected, the complaint will always be timely. We charge a fee of 5% of the price of the product, or a minimum of 250 DKK excl. VAT in the case of complaints which have arisen as a result of improper use or other harmful behavior or if no fault can be found on the product.

When you return goods, please enclose a detailed description of the problem. Packages sent as “recipient pays for shipping” will NOT be received.
If a refund is approved, please send your bank details so we can transfer the amount to your account.
4. Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full right of return is granted on all goods purchased from our Webshop with the exception of goods produced on order (made-to-order). The period is counted from the day you receive the item.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase, and from the cancellation notification, you must return the shipment within 14 days. Return costs will not be refunded.
The notification must made submitted by email to email@example.com. In the notice, you must make clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form.
Condition of returned item(s)
You will be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is used in excess of described above, we consider it to be ‘used’ which means that when if decide to proceed with the withdrawal process you will only get a part or nothing of the purchase price returned, all depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to receive a full refund, you must ONLY evaluate the item the same way possible in a physical store. You can test the product by same means possible in a physical store, but do not take it in actual use. The product must not show any signs or traces of use.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you’ll get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund payments received from you no later than 14 days from the latter of either day on which we received your message that you want to undo the appointment or the day we receive the item.
